Privacy Policy

Ample Tax Solutions ("we," "us") sells products and services to tax professionals. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to ampletaxsolutions.org and to the messages and bookings that start here.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the product you're interested in, the size of your office, and anything you write in the message box. Submitting the form opens a message in your own email app addressed to us; nothing is stored on this website.
• Booking a call. The "Book a Strategy Call" buttons open Google Calendar with an event pre-filled. When you save it, Google sends the invitation to our Gmail account. That booking is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.
• Phone and email. If you call or email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and follow up.

We do not collect payment information on this website. Payments, if any, are handled separately and agreed in writing before any work begins.

What this site does automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time — to keep the site running and secure. We do not use it to identify you.
• No advertising cookies. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log the request; see Google's policy linked above.
• Video. The welcome video is hosted on our own server. Playing it sends nothing to a third party.

How we use your information

• To answer your request and hold the strategy call you booked.
• To prepare a written quote for the products you asked about.
• To follow up about that request. We may email you about it; you can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to operate: Google (Gmail and Google Calendar), our website host, and — if you become a client — the software or service providers included in what you purchase, which we'll name in your agreement. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months so we can respond if you come back, then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and as long afterward as tax and business law requires.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it. We'll do so unless we're legally required to keep it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you. One email is enough.

Children

This site is for tax professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiries live in our email and calendar accounts, which are protected with two-factor authentication. No method is perfect; if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we'll tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page for 30 days.
